Dr. Riveron takes the time to know you and understand your history. I feel like we are a team working for my best outcomes.
The front office is incompetent. When you need a referral for a specialist or if you need refills for medicine, they take forever to send it. In addition, when trying to contact their office 99% of the time you get the answering service & they claim that they can only send the office messages if it's an emergency. Please choose another doctors office or you will probably have a horrible experience dealing with this office.
Riveron is loud and aggressive. Severely lacking bedside manner.
