Very bad experience. I felt I was wasting my time in that place. Very slow service. I was there last week and they charged $845,20 for stay 3 hours under care. I paid it of and one week later I received another billl for $1260,40. If they had told me, I would have said NO and got out of there. This is not fair and no legal. Deceiving a patient like that is a crime, it's illegal. Remove that bill from my account. I won't let you scam me.
If I were an elderly person living in Naples, with health issues, I would move. NCH is the only healthcare option and they are ridiculous. To schedule an appointment you can’t speak with an actual office, they have a call center. If an appointment is missed or needs rescheduled, good luck, you’re waiting about 6 months to be seen and that’s if you can get it rescheduled. Half the time they say they don’t accept insurance that is in network and you have to call back 50 times and pray you get a person that knows what they’re d... read more
