I have noticed that most negative reviews have been deleted. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NCH. IT IS THE WORST HOSPITAL!
I’ve been sick for 3.5 months. Begging for help. I finally had a GI consult on my second day admitted to NCH north. The GI consult highly recommended antibiotics but needed Dr Ortega who was the physician in charge of my care to put in the order to the pharmacy. I waited from 9am till 4:30pm for the meds that never came. I asked the nurse a 4th time to which she replied Dr Ortega doesn’t think you need the meds. Had to go to ER on 3/19/2025 due to fear of having had a stroke. It was ruled out relatively quickly but staff did due diligence and completed full work up. Nearly all staff members were professional and courteous. Very good experience.
Nurse jade(j) speaks too loud , for the hospital settings and breaches patients' confidentiality. J directly discussed the information and conditions, etc with the roommate of a patient. J as well, wasnt ent8rely honest with what medication and procedures were being administered. In addition to, The staff feels comfortable with asking personal information while dual roomates are present.
