On Saturday I was admitted to the ER due to heart palpitations. The ER team was assertive, friendly and caring to my needs. Brandon was the main RN helping me. The ER doctor was amazing as well but I forgot his name. Due to my heart rate not lowering I was then admitted overnight for observation. Everyone from ER to my 3rd floor cardio team were absolutely amazing. Awful management. Nobody has any idea what’s going on, staff is incompetent with technology, and executive meddling is driving this “healthcare” facility to Hell. I’d rather die than be “treated” here again. Cannot imagine a worse hospital in the state.
Again, I files a Complaint with the complaints department for the 2nd time and nobody gets back to you, they don’t care at all! What a nasty people!!!! So I called you just to waste my breath again! How in the Lords name can you operate like this????? You obviously don’t care about anything. Disgraceful unprofessional unethical! Predatory billing 100% no consideration for the patient. Coming in for multiple appointments for surgery at HSS. Signage is absolutely intolerable for an aged population with mobility problems. 3 plus buildings all labeled with the same number 11190. What insanity! Somebody needs to get out to Fast Signs and get some cheap signs to label and direct. As a victim of this inhumanity I gladly volunteer to write the copy (heck, if you can’t get someone to go to FS I’ll do that, too.)
