Life is short. As we all know the reason we have urgent care facilities is because the system is broken and unless you go to the ER, good luck getting any luck visit to your primary care doctor unless you scheduled an appointment weeks if not months earlier and make sure you respond to 3 texts that you will come early so the doctor doesnt wait for YOU. It's become shameful. Enough said. Went into NCH emergency care facility Vand Beach 1045 a.m. told 2 to 2:20 hrs wait. They will text. 4 hrs later no text..no call....no care.... read more

What a joke won't take any new patients after 1:30
I have been a patient of Dr. Essentially for more than 10 years. I don't want to go anywhere else. She and the staff are exceptional.
I have been a patient at NCH Family Medicine Uptown location for many years. I love the way they care for me and my family. It is nice to have a medical professional take time to ask how you are doing face to face and not talking over a computer screen.
