The Doctors are great, but their front office staff are terrible,incompetent , lazy and they are not problem solvers.
Poor service and misleading information. I called twice and no one answered or returned my calls. My aunt went in for blood lab tests and was turned away. She was told that she needed to print out all of these lab sheets from her NCH My Chart and bring them with her when she returned. That took a lot time and frustration. Upon returning she was told they didn't need the sheets after all. Nobody there seems to be in charge or know what's going on.
