Terrible experience overall, I could barely breathe due to excruciating back pain, dr said anxiety. When I call I get transferred from person to person, was hung up on trying to get a dr note, couldn’t work due to the back pain, but since the dr put it was just anxiety I couldn’t get a note …

Went in for surgery on my left ankle last February . NCH turned me out for collection on a bill that was paid in full by my coinsurance company. I have sent letters to the various collection agencies to no avail. It seems like NCH just turns it over to another collection agency. It is obvious that they have no accounting department or a very incompetent one. I will try again to get them on the phone. What a waste of time!

Is a shame, it used to be a very good hospital, but now is like you're been treated at a fleeting market. Big disorganized

Además de recomendarlo como un EXCELENTE MÉDICO Y PROFESIONAL, quisiéramos agradecer públicamente el gran apoyo de nuestro muy apreciado Dr LUIS PAZ RIOS. Quien no solo dedicó tiempo a ayudarnos desde el principio del proceso (en una intervención de cambio de válvula aórtica que le realizaron a mi esposo en el NHC el mes pasado) Si no que además debemos resaltar su calidad humana y gran dedicación y entrega por lo que hace.
