The people here are doing their best to compensate for an alarmingly poorly organized facility.
My husband Pierre was admitted Baker at 7th St Jul 30th by nurse Layla, it was a "chaleureuse" welcome; followed by Dr. "B" and NP Monica. Overall Drs nurses and assistances were exceptional. Rita, a volunteer who had the same type of surgery came by to offer her support. Zaza, and assistance, a recovered stroke, her vibrant attitude reached Pierre with hope. The Pre-op staff was amazing. Thank you to all of you
