I have been going to Dr. Charman for about a year as a patient, and he has been amazing. Whenever I call or text him - he normally responds back usually within 2 to 4 hours. Additionally, as the owner of Physical Therapy Clinic, we have had a few patients where he has been the PCP. I can tell you he signs off on the plan of care sheets right away, and that really helps us out with our Medicare compliance.
