Was in the ER last night and just wanted to say how great everybody was how helpful. The doctor which I don't remember his name younger guy was very patient with me took really good care of me and all the nurses especially Meg or fantastic. Meg went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and take good care of me. Thank you so much
After taking a fall from my bicycle I was in quite a lot of pain. I wasn't sure if I was bruised or if I might have broken a rib. The one thing I was sure of was that I needed someone to assess me. We went to the Bonita Springs Emergency Department. What a great emergency experience! From the time I walked in the door until I left, I was greeted by friendly, caring people. Go literally anywhere else. This is one of the most unprofessional hospitals I've ever been to, after my last, I'm going to my insurance building and changing physicians immediately. I walked in ONLY for a tb test (which I called beforehand to make sure I still had) and to go over blood test results. Instead, the front desk ladies told me I don't have a tb test scheduled at all (???), and that they could not find that I did any recent blood test and that I instead has a physical that day (I never scheduled a physical). What a great experience. If you have to go the ER, this is the place. Everyone was so nice, took me for tests quickly and came back with test results in 30 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this place and these people. My family was able to stay with me and were kept in the loop at all times which made me feel so much better. They get all the stars!!!
This was my second time at this emergency room. I was there two years ago. Both times I received exceptional service by everyone (front desk, nurses and doctor). They are very experienced and have a passion for caring for patients
