Worst ER.in Florida. I was there on Tuesday . From the moment I walked through the door, it was a complete disaster. I can say the Dr. the nurse everyone involved seem to really not care. They could not provide me with the means to walk out of the hospital. So my wife when out and got a scooter she had for her mother in the trunk. Never asked me if I had any pain. On Labor Day, of all days, we found ourselves in the ER at NCH Bonita Springs with an emergency laceration. In a moment that could have easily been overwhelming, Nurse Douglas and Dr. Rice stepped in and showed us what true care looks like. As people who work in the service industry, handling heavy equipment and tools daily, we know the difference between someone just doing their job and someone who takes pride in it. My father has prostate cancer and the radiation caused severe inflammation so I brought him to NCH Bonita Emergency. This is the 3rd time in the last month I’ve brought my father to this location and every single time I have been more than satisfied This time another catheter had to be placed.
