I’ve been training here for almost 2 years now, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Having never done any sort of HIIT workouts, this gym helped me get into Crossfit. Never felt overwhelming and is super flexible for people (both beginner/experienced). Coaches are professional and will ensure your form is great, at all times. The programming is fun, and the time spent on warmup is very helpful to get body ready for intense workouts. I miss the gym for sure, now that I am moving out of the area.
