Complete dog doo doo of a company. The property we were interested in was originally listed on Zillow as "Available Now" so my wife and I hurriedly filled out the application and submitted the fee with the expressed position that we would need to see the property before we provided any substantial money. Horrible company
My experience was strange. I used the for a ear for 4 properties for the whole years and a half they did not not give me any money showing repair cost amounting over the rents coming in (far a whole year and a half- that is a lot of money). I switched companies and everything changed, literally. they have an inhouse maintenance, the way they get reviews is they ask to leave a 5 star review ahead of time which I mentioned that I would like to observe their mgmt. of my properties before i left a comment.
