Excellent communication and service from NCDG! John has been fantastic, particularly with keeping me keeping me updated from tenant showings through move-in. I’ve also been impressed by his willingness to address problems, often handling things that likely fall outside of his typical responsibility to ensure the property is managed well. Andrew in Maintenance has been great to work with as well.
Mr Bruno was very professional and polite. Knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. He will be recommend by me to friends, family and co-workers who are looking for homes.

Very professional and smooth with the application process, viewing and payments are conveniently online. I would have liked new or cleaner carpet. The apartment itself is very nice for me so I’m happy with the whole experience even enough to clean the it myself.
