My experience was strange. I used the for a ear for 4 properties for the whole years and a half they did not not give me any money showing repair cost amounting over the rents coming in (far a whole year and a half- that is a lot of money). I switched companies and everything changed, literally. they have an inhouse maintenance, the way they get reviews is they ask to leave a 5 star review ahead of time which I mentioned that I would like to observe their mgmt. of my properties before i left a comment.
