only good reviews is the people that work with this company. Seriously reas them. This Place is horrible. Lived here for over 9 years then ncdg bought us and the window seal is falling out of window called and they keep saying they will have someone fix it but never do, they said they would get recycling but never have, they never mow the grass or plow our driveway. Do not rent from these people. They are a joke. We've been asking for months to deal with the rat issue in our complex they sent out a guy 2-3 times and he clearly said "it'll take 6 to 8 months to fix the issue" and all he did was lay out traps. Thats it. We can hear them in the walls as we sleep. We are currently moving and have found them behind dressers as well and found dead one under the carpet due to there being a lump. Very bad experience. Had rats, no heat, and refrigerator went out. They are extremely lazy and won't fix anything. Will see them in court while I'm moving into my new house.
I called and emailed the company multiple times over a week trying to get in contact with someone about a house they had posted. Not only did they NEVER return my call, but when an agent finally answered she was very rude to me and informed me that she had been on vacation before she HUNG UP on me! NEVER will this company get my business again, or any of my family for that matter! Rude and very unprofessional!!!!!!
Rented 3 years had mult issues never fixed anything, moved out then kept deposit and tried to charge us for items they said they had to fix but never did, have photos from the owner of the property showing they never fixed them when we moved out, while renting there they left us in dead of summer for 2 weeks without AC working and 2 small children, owner said he would give us $50 bucks off rent! Lol joke, now have an attorney and reporting them to the BBB and opening an active case against their company!
