It's a great shop. The guys at the service desk are top notch.
I've had an excellent experience at NCB Diesel and Offroad. They dialed in the alignment on my Tacoma perfectly after I installed larger tires. This is something at least two other shops said they weren't sure they could do, but at NCB it was just another alignment appointment. No more rubbing on the street with the 285s and needless to say I'm very impressed.
