I've had an excellent experience at NCB Diesel and Offroad. They dialed in the alignment on my Tacoma perfectly after I installed larger tires. This is something at least two other shops said they weren't sure they could do, but at NCB it was just another alignment appointment. No more rubbing on the street with the 285s and needless to say I'm very impressed.
NCB was recommended by my mechanic. Got bad diesel in the Asheville area. Dealer was planning to charge me upwards of 9k. To fix the problem, but they warned it could happen again. (Not really a fix) NCB answered all my questions and made me feel at ease because of their expertise, and confidence in their work. Towed my 16k pound Brinkley from NC to Fl and back not a single issue. Truck even responds like new. 2019 F250 XLT. 6.7L.
Top notch diesel shop! Always go above and beyond to meet repair/ upgrade needs! Recently did a CP3 upgrade after CP4 failure on my 15’ Duramax! Couldn’t ask for better service and workmanship. Thanks again Cliff and Matt!
It Pays To Check Around for Prices. We called NCB for a quote on our F550 an 18,500 gvw truck we were told $9,500.00 for a rebuilt auto transmission. Our tandem an 54,000 gvw had been rebuilt two years ago for $7,800.00 by someone else. We thought they were high.Stones Heavy Equipment in Garner told us $5,800.00 out the door .
