RecommendedWe got solar power from NC Solar Now back in May. We have been very pleased with our whole experience with them. They did a great installation and have answered any questions we have had. They are highly recommended.
Experience with the sales team and the installation team went great. My biggiest issue I was told this would cover all my energy needs for the foreseeable future til the solar panels start to degrade. I've had these panels since Oct of 2019 and now it seems I won't have enough carry over energy from Duke to carry me thru this winter. I feel I was mislead now just to get the sale thru. Ease of installment,very professional and quick! NS Solar took care of all the permits needed plus all paper work with Progress Power and they got me a $6000.00 rebate!!!

We are very pleased with the professional level of services provided by NCSolarNow. From the very beginning — with the clear presentation given by their representative to the attention given by their office staff — all teams helped us along the way towards what turned out to be a flawless solar panels installation by their field team. Yes, I would recommend NC Solar Now. Enjoyed working with their staff and installers. Still have a small Solar Installed by NC Solar Now sign on top of my fence. If had the chance to install solar again I would but only to get off the grid. Several years ago the NC Utilities Commission gave the power companies the right to away homeowners investments for their own gain by taking excess credit/pay for power generated away at the end of the year (set at June 1) So, you no longer receive a small check (for 1-2 months of energy)... read more

Had Solar Panels placed in the Fall last year. Extremely courteous staff and very knowledgeable. Was able to easily get my federal refund and the Duke Energy Rebate with their help making this an affordable and cost effective project. The process overall was a bit long due to some reconfigurations, but this was explained to me from the beginning. Had a small leak as well that was caught immediately and repaired same day I asked without any issues since. Highly recommend!
We've have had an awesome experience with everyone at NC Solar Now. We just had our Solar system installed today!! Not too much longer till we are up and running! Glad we made the decision to move to solar with them!
