I am an independent contractor who did work for these guys and never got paid. Wrote me a bad check and have been ignoring calls and texts ever since. Bad business!
I asked them to come and do the roof inspection since I was suspecting the roof requires some repair. After 3 times of rescheduling and appointment, he came walked around the property, asked me if I want to change the roof and I told him I think the roof is still not old, but it requires a repair. He said I will come back next week to inspect and he never showed up anymore. Probably they are only interested in roof changes since expensive and don't care about their customers if not a lot of money in it.
NC Roofing is definitely the best roofing company in the area!! Guys showed up at 7:30am and by 5pm beautiful new roof was on and everything was cleaned up!! Tim was Jonnie on the spot with all my insurance claim needs!! Job well done guys!! I will definitely be referring you to all my family and friends. Thank you!!!
