The one star is for the nice office. This review combines two experiences. During one visit, one technician aggressively and unprofessionally scolded his colleague in front of two patients. I don’t care how much you don’t like your coworker or are frustrated with them, you don’t belittle or disrespect them, especially in front of patients. That is so unprofessional. My mother came to the this clinic to see Dr. Casey for a choroidal detachment. It was the worst experience ever. He was ever nonchalant about the pain my mother was in. She ended up in the emergency room where they couldn’t believe that he hadn’t given her anything for the pain or eye drops to help. I wouldn’t recommend him for any type of care. We have since gone to the Duke Eye center where she was treated and is getting better.

Nice office. I giving the office a two. I came with my mom who has a bad reaction to the solution used to dilate the eyes. It causes irritation to the skin. The provider office has the equipment to use instead of the solution however the tech kept insisting we use it. Learn how to listen to the patients or their caregivers. Why do you think we were sent to your office. Because you have the equipment: technology. Very disappointing
