My first experience with DR Denny was 8 years ago. He inspired me then and more so now given my current condition. He patiently and clearly explained all of tests he wanted done. Given the results he said he wanted to contact my Primary to develop a plan for me. He did so immediately. Dr Denny is very personable. And like the previous visit he made me feel totally confident being in his care. Clearly, he has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Dr Denny and his staff.
Dr. Bennett clearly knows what he's doing, cares about his patients, and follows up with other practitioners; most of these qualities are depressingly rare in the increasingly corporatized and profit-driven medical industry. The one star is for the nice office. This review combines two experiences. During one visit, one technician aggressively and unprofessionally scolded his colleague in front of two patients. My mother came to the this clinic to see Dr. Casey for a choroidal detachment. It was the worst experience ever. He was ever nonchalant about the pain my mother was in. She ended up in the emergency room where they couldn’t believe that he hadn’t given her anything for the pain or eye drops to help. I wouldn’t recommend him for any type of care. We have since gone to the Duke Eye center where she was treated and is getting better.
Nice office. I giving the office a two. I came with my mom who has a bad reaction to the solution used to dilate the eyes. It causes irritation to the skin. The provider office has the equipment to use instead of the solution however the tech kept insisting we use it. Learn how to listen to the patients or their caregivers. Why do you think we were sent to your office. Because you have the equipment: technology. Very disappointing
