I saw Dr Thordsen today and he was through in explaining my eye images. Very professional.
Terrible receptionist, especially when trying to make an apt. DO NOT RECOMMEND and they both gave such attitude, unbelievable how customer service is in short demand here!!
My wife had an appointment here with Dr. Bennett. What a great doctor! So happy her regular eye doctor referred here. Dr. Bennett was extremely caring, thorough, assured and obviously competent in his examination of my wife. The staff were equally caring and attentive in the process of checking her in, getting her to the examination room, and checking her out. It was all a great experience.
Love the location, easy for me as a senior citizen to drive to in Wake Forest, NC. Love the staff from reception to technicians, nurses, and awesome Dr. Rebecca Manning! All personnel are extremely professional, pleasant, caring, accommodating, patient, efficient and organized!! Highly recommend!
My mother was referred to Dr. Manning around two years ago. We had become increasingly dissatisfied with the practice as a whole, and Dr Manning in particular, overtime. Service was always impersonal, as she was shuffled from room to room and person to person with no one as much as introducing themselves or explaining what they were doing.
