They were okay to work with until it came time to getting our deposit back. Our deposit was 1375, and they are seriously only giving us back $373. That’s after we paid to have the carpets cleaned, changed all the light bulbs, filters, etc, and we did not break one thing in the house!!! WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!! STAY AWAY. After you spend 14 hours cleaning your apartment when you move out, they will send you a $2,000 bill for new carpet only saying it needs to be replaced because it smelled like dog. WELL WE DODNT HAVE A DOG!!! There "3rd party company" that tells them this is trying to make a quick buck on us and it's working. I have always rented and I can say with certainty that N&C is the best rental agency I have ever worked with. They are always pleasant an they go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are addressed. Isues are taken care of in a timely manner. As long as I rent they are my company! I recommend them to everyone I know and if you are looking I recommend them to you too!

Renting from these guys has been so easy. They were so helpful when we had applied for a home, and they've been nothing but helpful since. April and Amy are so personable and informational. This company is awesome!
I don't really have any complaints. They were really nice, expecially the lady at the front desk. She is so personable and fun to talk to! They were always willing to answer any questions we had. Great company.
