I had a very disappointing experience today. I arrived for my retouch, was told to sit and choose a color, and then was left waiting for 23 minutes. While I waited, a white woman walked in without an appointment and was immediately taken in and serviced. Very disappointed.
I had a great experience at NC Nails last week. I received a GelX manicure and my nails are holding up great. All of the staff members were extremely nice! In addition, I was given a free bottle of lotion for the holidays.

Shout out to the amazing pedicurist, who o unfortunately did not catch the name of but was amazing to me as just a walking in. But also Ms Jenny gave me exactly what I asked for, I’m beyond satisfied.
