The rental department went above and beyond to help me with the project I was on. When I had an issue they took care of it right away and kept me on schedule. The delivery truck drivers were awesome. They know what they were doing and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I can’t say enough good things about this location. I’ve rented from other places and they are by far the best. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
I cant express how LUCKY I am to have gotten the opportunity to work with Allice and NC Machinery to purchase a skid steer. I was in the market for a used compact loader And was able to find one with low hours. Allice was able to bring the price down from asking price. And their team went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was in excellent condition before taking it to its forever home. I would be here all day telling you about how great my experience was.
