Feb 24, filed my dispute and talked to one of the facilitators about twice after that didn’t hear anything from them. Just now receiving a letter in Dec about my issues. still no resolution. Communication is slim, the process is long and if you and the lawyer you file a dispute on doesn’t come up with an agreement, you just out of luck. 🍀 Take your time when looking for lawyers, read reviews and ask questions!
