We have tried canceling our policy multiple times with them and they are still trying to charge us. We emailed our agent Jarron Cobb and his manager multiple times and never heard anything back and still got policy payment emails. They have also been a little pushy in the past trying to get us to buy life insurance policies. We found a better coverage for a better price with State Farm.
Jeff is responsive and easy to work with. When our daughter had an auto accident, he shopped around to find us the best rate.
Jeff and his team were great to work with on my recent insurance request! They were diligent on getting a quote to me quickly and communicated with me frequently until the policy was in place. Jeff called me personally when I had questions and needed a quick policy written. Jeff and his staff are awesome and will take care of all your insurance needs quickly and professionally! I highly recommend!
