Southport office folks are amazing. Very helpful and would definitely recommend!
We have had Home/Auto bundle with Farm Bureau since the beginning of time;) The BEST customer service ALWAYS! The most polite/professional Staff and our agent Rob Potter above and beyond....all so responsive if not immediately available certainly soon to return calls. You will be glad you did;)
I wanted to give a shout out to one of the best Customer Service Representatives that I have dealt with in a very very long time. Syndi Ward, at the Brunswick County office along with Ken White and his team, offer above and beyond service! It was a breath of fresh air to know we are 100% taken care of without me having to follow up time after time. I highly recommend Syndi Ward and Ken White's office! This team is on top of their customers and their needs. Communication has been more than exceptional! A great big "THANK YOU"... read more
Timely review of values on homeowners policy well done
The service I have received at NCFB has been exceptional. Julie takes time to address every question I have and front desk personnel are always so nice and friendly.
