Not there when you need it. My agent (Dan frank) made a pretty big policy mistake that was discovered 4 years later (when I needed to actually use my insurance). I needed to file a claim for roof damage after a leak was discovered. Never filed a claim with them since 2019 when I switched to them based on a positive recommendation. Saying a huge thank you to Dan, Leah and the Farm Bureau claims team that helped me through a rough process when the at fault company would not do their due diligence and honestly the right thing. A car that very obviously should have been totaled I was getting told could be fixed and with junkyard parts at that…..After a two month process with no wiggle on them it took less than a two week process for my insurance to handle the situation! They are always so personable and responsive and I recommend them anytime I can.
