RUN!! - To a different insurance company. Unethically denies claims when their insured are obviously at fault. They are paying to fix their customer's vehicle because they were at fault, but they denied covering our damage. They think you will just drop it or make your own insurance cover. There are much better options for ethical companies out there such as USAA.
