I’ve just recently switched to Farm Bureau, and I can not say enough positive things about my insurance agent David Baker. Every question & concern he’s a text or call away. Literally anytime you need him for anything he’s on the job. If you haven’t switched to Farm Bureau you need to do it. I got a cheaper policy that offers so much more than my old policy with Progressive. Skip the hassle and work with a local agent!
Long time client here that just kept getting put on the back burner. New customers must be getting all the service. Information requests go unanswered. Something has shifted over the last 12 to 24 months. Took my business elsewhere and got quite a savings. Someone messed up a good thing.
