Ive had insurance through this company for 5 years, ever since I bought my house. I get a letter in the mail saying they're dropping me with little reason. The letter said to come to the office for details. I spoke with David Baker, and he thought it necessary to call my house run-down multiple time with zero explanation outside of dirty gutters. RUN!! - To a different insurance company. Unethically denies claims when their insured are obviously at fault. They are paying to fix their customer's vehicle because they were at fault, but they denied covering our damage. They think you will just drop it or make your own insurance cover. There are much better options for ethical companies out there such as USAA.
