Was okay at first- but then started to have issues- first something randomly happened with the auto pay when i had it set up and no issues for over a year and then i get charged extra when it clearly was not my fault. Finally after having multiple other issues come up with all of my 3 policies with them- General Liability, Renters & Auto i decided to get a quote from progressive which was way cheaper! Decided to reach out to my agent Colby to cancel my 2 policies but not my General Liability. Later come to find out she went ... read more
