Do not use this testing center. Dude started my exam before I was even at my chair and then it timed out. It used up my test voucher and I had to leave without taking the test. Very unprofessional and in a rush. Not taking his time. 0/10 - don’t go here
Ot too happy with the staffing, mark me absent when I was there.
This was one of the most unpleasant staff members’ I have ever encountered. When asking how this staff member was, she responded “I’m here.” Her attitude proceeded throughout the duration of our conversation leading up to the beginning of my exam. Upon finishing this exam and getting ready to finalize checking out, I had to wait for the same staff member to finish a personal call for quite some time with no recognition of my presence. I went here to take my cosmetology written exam and passed. A great place for anyone to take their licensing exam!!
