Neil fit us in fairly quickly to change out 4 outside fixtures. He was efficient and no fuss. A reasonable price and nice guy!
Visited my home to repair an outlet. Provided a quote to update / replace all my outlets and light switches (most of which were over 40 years old). I ordered the materials and once everything arrived, I immediately contacted him (via text) to schedule installation date. No response. Called multiple times and left vmails. No response. Neil has done several jobs for me...all in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. 2 ceiling fans, a thermostat, 4 fluorescent fixtures in my bonus room downstairs, and completely rewired my 50 year old fuse box. He is the best!
Neil quoted me via text with pictures, and came out and replaced 2 fixtures in a very timely manner. One 36" two-tiered chandelier in a two-story foyer, and one smaller chandelier in a two-story staircase. He removed the old ones and installed the new ones in less than 45 minutes. HIGHLY recommend for his professionalism, communication, and expertise.
