My husband and I had a great experience with Trafton Reynolds of NC12 Realty as we were looking for vacation beach house. We highly recommend this Real Estate Agency. NC 12 Realty is a great real estate service provider if you are in the OBX market to buy or sell your beach property. They have a very knowledgeable and experienced staff of real estate agents who provide hands-on guidance through the entire process. Our property was under contract within 2 weeks after it was placed on the market, and we closed the sale to our buyer 4 weeks later. We were very pleased with our NC 12 Realty experience.
Buying a vacation home is always a challenge. There are so many variables to consider. This is even more challenging if there is no time to actually travel and visit the house in person. My wife and I contacted Trafton and Carla Reynolds via Zillow.
