I gave them 3 stars only for the lady helping my wife renew her ID. She was kind and even told us if we wanted to get a fast pass for the base just see the counter when we are done. We went to the counter not knowing about any of this, right where the sign was. The young immature girl gave us a dirty look as if we were bothering her. Said see the sign in around counter and just looked away. We decided not to do it. All of them at the front counter just ignore everyone. But they make sure you can’t have your sunglasses on. I don’t know how this location has a 2.0 overall review. Tiffany, Gregory, Shawn and Nathaniel were very welcoming and went beyond on customer service. There was no wait time if you go in the afternoon. Just make sure you’re there by 3pm because they close at 3:30pm. Thank you for not making my request stressful!!

If they're looking to downsize, start with rude, out of control Raul at the window and scrubby fox (who claims to be base police). I gave over 35 years to the Navy and get treated like crap and hassled every time, while foreigners who didn't even speak English were getting base access. Also, I didn't appreciate the workers standing around insulting President Trump. Please fire these jerks.
