Staff has terrible customer service skills and very bad attitudes. I moved and needed my daughters dental records released and transferred I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to do that and it still hasn't been done. I would never recommend n braces to anyone very poor service
Poor service! I missed one appointment, I cancelled and called to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was told their computer system was down and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I should have called them back, but honestly life happened, I got busy and I completely forgot. The next month I received a letter saying my treatment was going to be discontinued. I'm only half way through my invisalign treatment, which was $1000 more than some of their competitors (I learned this too late). I realize I... read more
