Scam, do not use. Got a quote for boat and trailer insurance for $17,000 ($16k for boat, $1k for trailer). I called in and paid the premium but when I got the policy it had changed to $16,000 ($15k for boat, $1k for trailer). After 3 weeks of multiple calls and emails they would not correct their mistake and gave me the run around. Do not waste your time! I have a feeling this is standard practice for them and many people don't notice the drop in value.
Customer service was less than exceptional. We had a concern with not receiving a bill which resulted in them canceling our policy. After a hassle of reissuing a new policy, the form of payment became an issue. The agent I spoke with stated over the phone "this happens all the time", which leads me to presume it's a poor process on their end.
