Good Landlord. One thing to know is the 3 different groups: Warren is the broker. NBKN is where you'll send your rent checks and who will handle any serious issues with the apartment (I had my stove replaced). Igor is the super, who will handle day-to-day issues with the building (100 E 7th at least). I lived in 100 E 7th for several years, managed by NBKN. Nice people but hard to get ahold of. The office has strange hours that don't line up with anyone who has a 9 to 5 job and by 2017 they should really have an online portal to collect rent
My super said this company manages the leasing for my building, but when I call they say they don't handle the leasing (and they are still in business). They refer me to "Warren Reality" does anyone know this company?
