Alex Weiss from NBK reality is clearly over his head when it comes to managing anything. He's extremely rude to tenants. He's an arrogant lump on a log. Do yourselves a favor and go with with a Management company that at least had a 2 stat review. You'll thank yourselves later. Alex single handedly ran out 4 tenants in the building I'm in, they were good people too. They were just fed up with his lack of professionalism and his shitty attitude. This company is absolutely horrible! Lena Salamah was the first agent assigned to manage my building, before that I was dealing directly with the owner and never had issues. Lena Salamah is the rudest supposed professional I have come across. Every time I called her about an issue with the apartment, it was like I was bothering her or inconveniencing her precious time, never would follow up or call back to make sure things were taken care of. All the tenants had something negative to say about her. I had to finally complain ... read more
