He’s helped me rent Properties and he’s helped me with the sale of Properties. Save your money, energy, and time — take it somewhere else where management actually cares about their tenants! This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest, especially when it comes to maintenance. They can never seem to reach their maintenance team or get anything done. Extremely Unresponsive – No Emergency Contact Protocol I rarely write reviews, but the complete lack of responsiveness from NBI Properties has left me with no other choice. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We’ve been without adequate air conditioning for an entire week during the middle of summer, and the temperature in our apartment has reached 86 degrees.
