Extremely Unresponsive – No Emergency Contact Protocol I rarely write reviews, but the complete lack of responsiveness from NBI Properties has left me with no other choice. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We’ve been without adequate air conditioning for an entire week during the middle of summer, and the temperature in our apartment has reached 86 degrees. Staff here was great. Helped me a new rental once I moved down here from up north. They made sure I was able to see all the units they had so I could decide which was the best fit for me. Thanks again!
