If I could give them a negative rating I would. The company as a whole may be great but unfortunately our experience with Russell Brooks was a nightmare to say the least. Tried to purchase a piece of property from them and it hadn’t been surveyed yet. We decided to sell or home and property in Morgan county and contemplated on selling it by owner but after meeting and discussing our plans with Jay Moss of NBC Realty we decided to hire him as our agent.
