I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. My father has a rare foot condition from diabetes and needed a custom boot made and then later on custom shoes. Both were done perfectly. Neil and his staff are extremely professional and caring. Their work is impeccable. We highly recommend NBB Orthotics and we are so thankful to have found them.
I can’t say enough great things about Neil and his staff at NBB Orthotics. I have a very rare and terrible problem with my left foot and Neil who is an expert in orthotics has been helping me out to a great degree so I can deal with my issue comfortably. Neil is patient, very kind, intelligent and knowledgeable. I have already recommended NBB to two people that I know. This is certainly the place to go if someone needs an orthotic or a prosthetic. The level of care service and expertise is phenomenal.

Such thoughtful service; was happy to mask to help protect me as I'm immunocompromised and had just had neurosurgery two weeks prior. We were fit in quickly and were helped right away, really expertly, kindly, and generously. I am SO GLAD to have found them and am so grateful for everything. The success of my neurosurgery depends quite a bit on a well fitted hard collar and I'm still in quite a bit of pain from surgery so I'm extremely glad for such great expertise and kindness. Thank you!
