Have bought two cars now from Chris and looking at buying a third. Very helpful, full of good suggestions once I explained my requirements. Pointed out the flaws as well as the features. Had a issue with the heating on my wifes car and they had it fixed that day for free. Used car salesmen cop a lot of flack, but I've been very happy and will go back
This yard's salesman represents everything bad about the 'used car salesman' stereotype. Arrogant & dis-interested. Would not allow a test drive because I was not there to 'buy today'. Why would anyone even consider a car without test driving? It was going to be too much trouble to get the car out (it wasn't even blocked in) and then, my god, he might have to wash it again because it was going to be taken on the road! AVOID.
