Would not recommend NB Sailsports at all. Every time I have dealt with them the service has been appalling. They don't answer emails, return phone calls or respond to text messages. I have an item that is faulty and they don't want to know about it. I saw Rob at a regatta and approached him to be told "I'm not working at the moment"!. Was very rude and didn't want to know anything about it. So I guess all the negative talk I hear about them is true. Do not use NB Sailsports.

Really lovely people. I rang up asking for recommendations on who could help me replace my boat trailer wheel on a Sunday and the lady was so nice and helpful and found me a store in Sydney that was open, even though I’m not a paying customer. I really appreciate the help and it solved our problem. Legends!

Rob and NBSports are a force of nature for dinghy sailors. They supply and troubleshoot all things dinghy. Rob has gone way beyond the call of duty in getting me sorted for sails. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
