" Great Customer Service""I've know Rob from NB Sailsports for over 9 years through Finn sailing and purchased parts and clothing through him. Always great for advice and there range of equipment. However, Ive never purchased a boat through him though several times it has been discussed at length. Well, I finally decided to bit the bullet and orderer a brand new Laser from NB. Would not recommend this company at all. Ordered over a month ago and have not received my goods. Have called twice and spoken to an Asian woman with poor English skills and been told it was either sent or they will send it today. Still have not received a refund or the product. Go elsewhere!
