Darren was very friendly and courteous. He was only in my house for a short time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck. And got everything fixed. Amazing service! And I will definitely use them again

Our experience started out great. The company was responsive to our request to come out and evaluate our tankless hot water heater, which had quit working and had an error message. The technician arrived as scheduled and assessed the cause as a bad control board. He was very professional and competent.
