Terrible. Absolutely do not recommend. Lucky my home didn't explode. When tech replaced burner on hot water heater, he didn't get the gas connection correct. And apparently didn't check for leak. Because when I came home, I could smell the gas in my home. And the hot water tank is next to the furnace. You know, where there are flames. They told me they would not come out and fix immediately. They were busy. Would be 4 days later before they could come. Told me to just shut the gas off. Who needs hot water, right? Terrible cu... read more

The communication with NB was great. They had clear scheduling and provided updates and reminders for the appointment. They even let you track the technician during your appointment window. Highly recommend them!
I was fortunate to discover NB Plumbing through my homeowners warranty. Now whether my expense is covered or not and NB Plumbing can do the service that's who I count on. Darren is very friendly, professional knows what he is doing and takes time to let me know whats is going on as he goes through the process. I highly recommend them for fixing toilets, water heaters, leaks and if pipes need to be in put in etc...
