Richard is so good with his explaining everything, answering every possible question I could throw at him, and timeliness of the job. He's very attentive, understanding, calm and patient. They also have very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

I was connected with NB plumbing due to my warrenty with American Home Sheilds. NB Plumbing violated their contract with my AHS by attempting to price gouge me on the side after I had already paid through my warrenty. When I spoke with AHS about why this plumbing company was expecting $215 in addition to the $100 I already paid, they shared this was against policy and I should decline.
