They put in new water system and soft water system .
We had a leak from our tub overflow. Our home warranty sent this company out to take a look at it. They went to seal our overflow gasket instead of just replacing the ruined gasket. It did nothing and continued to leak. They thought we needed to tear out drywall and replace something else, but my friend came over and helped us replace the gasket solving the issue. They did not properly repair a leak. It returned less than 1 week later and was significantly worse, which subsequently caused damage to my bathroom. When contacted about the non-repair they did not prioritize getting a repair tech out. Had they done so the damage could have been avoided. Had a second plumber come out and look. The techs that came out were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. They were in and out in a timely manner and answered all questions we had. Will definitely be reaching out with any needs in the future!
