The plumbers and office staff did an excellent job. I had a very tricky water heater installation, and Richard had to be incredibly creative to make it fit the space. He was extremely competent, explained each challenge clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way. Darren was very friendly and courteous. He was only in my house for a short time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck. And got everything fixed. Amazing service! And I will definitely use them again
