Made me wait an hour just to take someone that came after me that didn’t have an appointment, what’s wrong with this company
I waited for more than 30 mins only to get a 10 minute haircut. Customers availing the shampoo thing gets a proper haircut than the normal haircut only. The good reviews are maybe from the ones who did it with shampoo service.
Experience was great, I called in asking if they had availability within the next hour and they said I could come in immediately (It was a Monday) I came in and got my hair washed, then my hair cut, then finally washed for the 2nd time and then blow dried. Overall it was a smooth experience, my hair before this was grown out for about 4 months and in addition my hair was also bleached so the texture is different than normal but they washed my hair well and in the end I got a haircut very similar to the video I showed her. First off, as a former barber myself, this place is no joke. From the precise techniques to the amazing customer service, I would highly recommend this place!
Amazing salon! Jacky did my hair exactly how I wanted it and it was CHEAP!!! 10/10 would come again!
