Dr. Shafi is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to get to know the patient and is really invested in their health and well-being. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a caring doctor that will make sure that you are getting the best help that you can. Her office staff on the other hand is a different story. They often do not follow through with prescriptions, specialist referrals or even answer the phone.
