Dr Chaudry has been amazing each and every time I’ve seen her to the point where I’m shocked anyone would score her anything less than a 5. She is super attentive and has always taken the time to address any of my follow up questions ensuring her answers made sense and I not only understood but agreed with her approach at treatment. She took the time to ask if I was ok with the medications I was on and if I was open to simplifying the process. I wish I could give 0 stars. This experience has been very disappointing. They don’t seem to care if you are sick. My husband had an appointment scheduled for June, but it was canceled because the doctor wasn’t available. We then scheduled another appointment for July, but once again it was canceled because the doctor Nazish Chaundhry would not be there. The doctor herself is really nice, but the people who work in the office are absolutely awful. I took someone with a disability to an appointment to see the doctor for urgent health matter. His appointment was at 8 am. He had moved far away but wanted to keep the doctor because she seemed good. We drove an hour in rush hour traffic and arrived at 8:10. Was really worried when my Primary left the practice but Dr. Chaundry has beet excellent! She has really helped my health improve!
I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. Her bedside manner was lacking, and she came across as dismissive and unapproachable. As a patient, I felt uncomfortable and not genuinely cared for during the visit. When discussing my shoulder pain, I was surprised to be asked whether I wanted her to do something about it—this did not instill confidence in her willingness to help.
