I came to see Dr. Rizvi because I have been struggling with chronic adductor injury for months and wanted guidance or support. But instead of listening and offering empathy, she minimized my concern and said I was "worrying over nothing". I felt angry, invalidated and disappointed when she ended the appointment abruptly by saying "she had other patient waiting".
