My mom looks forward to her appointments as the best part of the visit, seeing Dr. Nazia in person. She is Very gentle, caring, and polite!
I had a very disappointing annual checkup. The doctor was dismissive and unprofessional, and when I asked for clarification, I got attitude instead of clear communication. Patients deserve respect and explanations, not pushback for asking questions.
I recently had appointment with doctor for strep throat . Doctor was good but there staff were very careless they sent prescription to wrong pharmacy however we have correct record on file. We had to wait more to call as they closed there office for the day as well.They won’t care how much person can suffer they just wanted to make money. I won’t recommend to anyone thos facility.
I came to see Dr. Rizvi because I have been struggling with chronic adductor injury for months and wanted guidance or support. But instead of listening and offering empathy, she minimized my concern and said I was "worrying over nothing". I felt angry, invalidated and disappointed when she ended the appointment abruptly by saying "she had other patient waiting".
