I waited for about a year to review her but finally I am doing it. I had negative impression about her since day one but I waited to see how is she doing over time. I took my fiance to her first appointment, of which the staff said everything was in order. We were 30 minutes early, and 30 minutes after the appointment time, they all of a sudden had some paperwork issues. I'm been here for over 2 hours and am still waiting. I think the STAFF needs to put down the food and focus on work. Very poor professionalism. I wish I could give them a hundredth of a star. It would be more fitting.

I find Dr. Malick to be thorough in her questions with a new patient. She is very matter of fact which can be misinterpreted as possibly a poor bedside manner. I for one, appreciate her honesty and integrity. The reason I gave a 4 rating is do to the office not being open on a Friday as stated online and on the office door which reads 8-5pm. I tried reaching out on a Friday at 4:03pm and also went by the office at 4:30 and no one was there. Be careful how you run your business.

Dr. Malick is the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. She doesn’t listen and has a terrible bed side manner. I just moved to the area and am on the hunt for a new doctor again.
