I had a surgery here yesterday. While the pre and post surgery nurses, and the surgery doctor and team, were all great and helpful, the receptionist was condescending and rude, and her supervisor (head nurse) was even worse- Lacks any self-awareness and accountability. When I pointed out her misconduct, she was very defensive and tried hard (but failed) to cancel my surgery. Thankfully, I didn't have to deal with either of their sour attitude later on.

I had an excellent experience at Nazem Kadri Surgical Centre. From start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. My surgery went very smoothly, and all of the doctors were extremely thorough, including the anesthesiologist. The staff took the time to ask thoughtful questions and made me feel very comfortable, especially regarding my diabetes, which I greatly appreciated. Recently had arthroscopic surgery at this facility. What an excellent experience from the initial walk in to the reception area, to the pre-op and post-op. Staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly loved what they do. This facility takes away the hustle and bustle of a hospital setting and makes you feel like you’re at a private clinic.
