I am so glad I didn’t read reviews before scheduling. I may have changed locations and then I’d have missed out. My amazing care started with the phone call going over everything and checking me in. The nurse was knowledgeable and caring. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand. I arrived at the location and they promptly checked me in in the back so my privacy was protected. Everything went relatively ok the day of my scope. However the new nurse could not find a vein, if your new and I am a hard stick go get the good person from the start. Also, why do you not provide a summary of what the charges will be up front? nice way to provide patients with sticker shock when the bill arrives.
The most traumatic medical procedure experience I have ever had in my entire life. Like something out of a horror film. I will NEVER go back here.
Poor service!
I would never go back nor do I recommend it, they did a bad procedure on my husband, also when we went to look for help, the staff, despite being inside the facilities, turned off the light and ignored us, DO NOT GO
