Wasn't a huge fan of Dr. Patel felt a bit uncomfortable because he kept asking in a pushy way if I was a church goer and if I ever attended church.
This man is one of the most horrible, unresponsive and uncaring physicians I’ve ever encountered. He is one of the attending Drs at Stonespring Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Center in Vandalia, Oh. Although I’ve never met the man, he continually refused to return my calls and messages regarding the care of my brittle Type One diabetic sister, who was a resident at Stonespring for nearly three months. Her blood sugars were all over the place - mostly very high. I repeatedly tried to get him to call or meet with me, and e... read more
I have nothing good to say.The staff is rude.He is late constantly.I’ve needed an important prescription for over two weeks, and he has done nothing. I am told that it is sitting on his desk. I am changing physician verysoon.
very bad - he told me it was our last visit and that I was going to die - no compassion - total lack of psychology

However, when I c... read more
Persistently late >1hr. Does not listen to patients concern and fails to address the purpose of the visit effectively. Makes mistakes in prescribing information to the pharmacy which can have disastrous impacts if not realized. Condescending.
Not a good in two appointments with him. Consistently late, (> 1hr both times), inattentive / does not really listen to concerns, and entered my son's prescription under my name which could have resulted in innacurate dosage / overdose.
I have had a horrible experience with him. I am still suffering from the consequences of his poor treatment!
Best physician I have had in all my life. Gives all the time I need, does not order unnecessary tests, listens and explains, is knowledgeable and up to date, and makes extra effort to be available when needed. Because he is willing to give extra time that perhaps what insurance allows, somethings there is some wait-- which I happily take given the timely care I receive. He belongs to a rare breed of vanishing caring physicians.
