I went in early today and was looking for a part for my cabinet door as soon as I went in I was greeted by a very nice young man he took me right to what I needed he even saved me money by getting me the cheapest one I looked on his tag his name was TJ he was a very helpful guy
This is best place in the area for your hardware and other essential items for all those do it yourself projects. Always greeted professional at the door. Sales staff listen to your need and direct you the area and assist you with what you need. They are courteous and want to make sure you get the right items. I feel welcomed and appreciated when I shop here. I will continue to patronize Naylors with my projects. Also the checkout person is always friendly and just concludes a fantastic experience here. This store is nice and the people are usually a good help, have really been impressed by the blonde cashier. Old school hardware stores are hard to come by now, though they are of course part of the larger ACE family. We much prefer to shop as local as we can, and they're much closer than Lowe's. They get a lot of revenue from professional work, I suppose. They're certainly not driving business by selection or price. All their prices are significantly higher than any bigger competition. Step back in time to a place where people are willing to help. Staff is never condescending, even when you are clueless about hardware. Bobby and all the staff are the best. Pay a few pennies more for great service and knowledge! It is certainly worth it
