Dr. Naylor is extremely knowledgeable. He is been extremely helpful to me.
The office staff is completely unprofessional. It took one month to find out they were not going to help me get a pre-authorization for medication my new health care wanted me to stop using. My 80+ dollar co-pay was a complete waste of time. They keep blaming it on the pharmacy when I have proof the pharmacy has sent the correct authorization form for the office to fill out. I have been seeing Dr. Naylor for for almost 10 years. He helped me so much. I was very overmedicated from another psychiatrist. He helped me get my medication under control. I am thankful to be his patient.
Dr. Naylor has helped me when no one else could. He took the time to listen and figure out my problem and put me on a path of self esteam and saverd me from myself. I would not be here if not for his contiuing help.
One of the most disgusting, deplorable, unprofessional people I've ever met! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN!
Dr. Naylor refused to treat me within the first visit. He had no issue in taking my money and telling me to go elsewhere, though.
I've been seeing psychiatrists for years, I'm well versed in my mental state. I found it amusing to be given a standard psych eval and have certain diagnosis challenged on the first visit. He immediately wanted to put me on several medications which I refused, as I am already on those that keep me doing well. I made it clear I know myself better than he does. I also know I choose to pay for a provided service. One which I will find elsewhere.
Strange is all I can say. His greeting was to say my name and follow him silently and creepily down a long hallway. He refused to give me RX I've taken for 15 years for ADD as I admitted smoking pot YEARS ago! His summation was that I have a propensity to abuse drugs... WHAT!!!???? This doc is a nut himself!! He asked about my diet. Told him I eat as raw as possible. Meaning RAW as in Paleo Diet, etc. He asked me what that was....SERIOUSLY!!?? Living under a rock is he!!??
Knowledgeable, and spot on with diagnoses and treatment. Thanks for all you've done and are doing.
